Elevation gain: 200m

We decided to head up the mountains after New Years to enjoy the sun before we start working again. It was a short and sweet trip up to Bowen Lookout on the How Sound Crest trail (heading towards St. Marks Summit). I recommend driving up the mountain early as it gets very crowded with the great snow conditions! Also don’t forget to get a backcountry (free) pass at the Cypress lodge before you head out!
