Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Most impressive spot are the Iron Gates (300m high, about 1-2m large). The trail goes down pretty much all the time as we are going down the path in the valley to the sea, and taking a boat back to a bus station. I remember going down in a zigzag for almost one hour at the beginning.. Then the trail is made mostly of rocks. Bring some warm clothes for the waiting time at the port while you have snack/dinner before the ferry comes to pick you up… I didn’t have enough and ended up buying a cheap ‘Crete’ towel to warm ourself up!!
